Baffour AkwahIn the first 6 week program he lost 14 lbs and 4 inches from his waist, as well as over half an inch gained on both of his arms. In July 2020 he dropped me an email reply and sent me his updated photos. He’d now lost an insane 77 lbs since October 2019, and when we managed to reassess in person in August, he’d lost 14.5 inches from his Waist. In December 2020, he told me he wanted to stop Personal Training, but he wouldn’t be stopping with his fat loss/body recomp. Since he felt confident in what he’s been taught, and also felt more comfortable in his own skin. |
