tom's JourneyTom’s goal was improved posture and mobility to help with his Taekwondo. Any degree of fat loss/tone was considered a perk.
Tom actually had incredibly poor posture when he started, and he became a great example of how strengthening and improving position can make a tremendous difference to the way people can look. In 6 weeks Tom lost 7 pounds, he dropped 1.5 inches from his waist, and gained half an inch on both arms. But most importantly, he improved his poor posture and enhanced his mobility! |
