Lost 77 Lbs
Anonymous client's StorySome clients wish to remain anonymous which is understandable, since weight loss can be such a personal thing, but with this specific client we both felt it was a damn waste not to share this insane difference between October 2019 and July 2020.
This Client started personal training because he was worried his weight loss was stalling, and wanted the extra support. In just under 8 weeks in our first program together he lost over 20 pounds, and dropped over 4.5 inches from his Waist. After another 8 weeks (February 2020) and the completion of his second program, this client had now dropped 35 lbs in weight, and 9 inches from his Waist line. Then the first lockdown started due to the Pandemic, but we stayed in touch and he continued to implement the simple strategies that we’d been using to lose weight, with particular focus on nutrition in the absence of the Gym. In July 2020 he dropped me an email reply and sent me his updated photos. He’d now lost an insane 77 lbs since October 2019, and when we managed to reassess in person in August, he’d lost 14.5 inches from his Waist. In December 2020, he told me he wanted to stop Personal Training, but he wouldn’t be stopping with his fat loss/body recomp. Since he felt confident in what he’s been taught, and also felt more comfortable in his own skin. It’s worth noting that although this client has lost 77 lbs with my help, he’s now lost over 100 lbs in his total weight loss Journey. The credit goes to him with this unbelievable weight loss. I think a certain mindset is required to keep pushing for long term results like this. From the first few weeks of personal training with this client I believed it was achievable for him to lose 100 pounds, and that’s exactly what he did in less than a year, incredible. |
