Coachme pillars

Is there a minimum time commitment?
I usually only take on clients who can commit to at least 3 months. It’s not to say people can’t see meaningful results before 3 months, since many have, but this gives people the time to get their money’s worth and get to grips with the coaching.

Do I need a Gym membership?
If you’re undertaking coaching in person then you’ll need a gym membership. For online coaching this is optional, but a gym membership is recommended.
|
Do I need gym experience to start in person coaching?
For coaching in person, it doesn’t matter how much gym experience you have.
|
Do I need gym experience to start online coaching?
For online coaching, it is easier if you already have a basic understanding and experience with lifting weights with good technique. Even if it’s just a few weeks in person being shown by a professional. However, if you’re completely new to training, I can still Coach you online, where you send technique videos of certain exercises via your App, and you’ll be given in depth feedback and correction until there’s no more problems. This is important to prevent injury and maximise results.
|
Are results guaranteed?
Not necessarily, it’s up to the client to put in some effort on their part, follow the support systems and advice available, and reap the rewards. Many people pay personal trainers and expect a magic pill, when the reality is, simply paying to see a coach on its own won’t help that much without lifestyle modifications and a little effort being made to meet your trainer halfway. The key is to leave coaching in a far better position than when you started.
|
What if I fail?
There's no failure with this type of coaching, only feedback. One of the reasons Coachme is unique is that it’s not time scaled. If you’re not getting the results that you want, then we’ll find the reasons why and work together to resolve them or work around them. It’s not a one size fits all approach where you either stick to the plan or fail.
|
Is Hybrid coaching a good option?
Hybrid coaching is a blend between in person and online support. It’s often a good fit for many people. It’s not as aggressive or fast in approach as doing weekly or more sessions in person, but it still gives you more security and confidence in your exercise technique, or when coming to the gym on your own, which can often be intimidating for beginners. Hybrid or online coaching demand a little more self-adherence, and confidence in training since your coach isn’t right next to you to hold you accountable. However, doing these options, you have the same programming, methods, and education, just a different style of support and approach.
|
Can I still get good results with online coaching?
In short, yes! Especially if your main goal is weight loss. In today’s day and age there’s so many support options available online to help clients from distance, and this will continue to progress. One hurdle to online can be adherence, since you don’t have face-to-face accountability with sessions. But there’s a variety of ways to get around this with check in and contact processes online.
|
Do you have any other pricing options?
The prices listed are for the first month of coaching, which start higher since more time is needed to gather information, perform assessments, and kickstart progress. Many people even start by doing multiple sessions per week in person, and then tailor down as they become more confident. With Hybrid coaching, the price drops to £100 after the first month. Coaching prices change depending on a client's requirements.
