Meet Your TrainerMy names Michael. I’m a Personal Trainer with over 6 years of experience training clients in person since going fully self-employed. Before this I spent years working in the fitness industry, working across different gyms and leisure facilities, after gaining my first personal trainer certification back in 2013.
I’ve always been fascinated by the subject of health and performance, and I love how adaptable and malleable people can be. I think anyone has the ability to improve and make progress, and I believe from experience working with clients, that people have a great capacity to change. Many people struggle, whether it be with their weight, nutrition, training, or lifestyle. I enjoy helping clients gain more control, and improve their health and happiness. I want my clients to no longer be dependent on going to a PT, or paying out for the latest fitness fad again. I think people should have all the tools, knowledge, and support that they need to keep on track with their health and fitness goals, or to successfully lose weight, keep it away, and reach the body composition that they want. I’ve so far logged thousands of personal training hours on the gym floor and helped hundreds of people lose weight, get stronger, and improve their habits. I’ve been fortunate enough to help people feel leaner and stronger without the food stress, second guessing, and confusion that so often comes with training, nutrition, and fat loss. QUALIFICations
