Meet Your Trainer
Michael Elliott is a Personal Trainer with over 5 years of experience training clients in person since going fully self-employed. This is on top of years of working in the fitness industry, after gaining his first personal trainer certification back in 2013.
Michael has always been fascinated by human health and performance, and loves how adaptable and malleable people can be. He loves the ability to improve and make progress, and believes from experience that people have a tremendous capacity to change.
Michael struggled when he was younger with poor habits, mindset, and confidence. He understands that the gym isn’t the be all and end all for improving how we feel about ourselves, since self-esteem and happiness are such complex topics, but training was and always has been an effective tool and a huge part of his lifestyle. He understands the struggles many go through. He wants to help people gain more control and improve their health and happiness, in an age where society seems to actively work against that.
After Michael's coaching, you’ll be in control and never need to depend on going to a PT or paying out for the latest fitness fad again. You will gain all the tools, knowledge, and support you need to keep on track with your health and fitness goals. You can successfully lose weight, keep it away, and be in control of your body composition.
Michael has so far logged thousands of personal training hours on the gym floor and helped hundreds of people lose weight. He still heavily relies on advancing his skills and knowledge, training clients, undertaking courses, and working with high profile trainers and mentors to continue to make his programs successful.
