Baff came to me for help losing weight in 2019 for a short period before he secured a new job placement out of the city.
I was gutted to see Baff leave since he worked incredibly hard, and his results reflected that.
Baff only did a 6 week program followed by a 5 week program that we managed to squeeze in before he left.
In the first 6 week program he lost 14 lbs and 4 inches from his waist, as well as over half an inch gained on both of his arms. It’s not uncommon to see a reduction of body fat as well as an increase in muscle mass in the early days of training.
After Baff’s second program which was 5 weeks, we recorded his results right on his 12th week of training with me.
Baff lost 6.5 inches from his waist, as well as 23 lbs of weight lost on the scales!
He also gained a lot of strength, increased muscle, improved his posture, and as always, increased his confidence.
