Before starting Coaching I had a lack of knowledge, confidence, and guidance on how I could achieve my goals. I tried multiple times training on my own, but I saw no improvements.

By the end of my second program with Michael, I dropped 3-4 inches from my waist, I lost over 16 lbs on the scales, and I’ve gotten a lot stronger in the weight room.
