After Coaching I have become a lot happier and confident with myself. I now worry less about what other people may think of me, and I’ve stopped trying to impress/please others for the sake of it.
I’m also more confident in my daily life, and my self esteem has improved as a result of training.
I noticed a really big change in my posture, having a much straighter back. My strength has also increased and I am noticing changes in muscle size, more muscle definition as well. Training has given me more energy and motivation to be more active in my daily life by catching up with friends more frequently and being more proactive at work.
